You're not alone in feeling frustrated with your skin. Most of us are applying the equivalent of junk food to our skin and thinking it's normal when it starts looking tired and worn out.

Your skin is like a sponge, and it will absorb whatever it encounters. For many of us, it's a toxic mix of car emissions, second-hand smoke, chlorinated tap water, and ozone from urban smog.
